Lymphatic drainage therapy is a gentle manual technique used to enhance the lymphatic system. Benefits include enhanced immune function, accelerated fluid transport for nutrients and proteins, and filtration of cellular and environmental wastes.

Nancy has three certifications in the Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) Vodder technique to treat edema, trauma and post-surgical swelling. MLD can be especially beneficial to those with Long Covid symptoms, autoimmune disorders, and post cancer treatments to reduce fluid retention and pain and maintain one’s daily activities. She has an advanced certification in post-surgery procedures to enhance reconstructive and cosmetic surgery healing.[i]

Nancy’s passion is finding the optimum blend of manual therapies for each client’s needs.She integrates MLD with her extensive massage therapy knowledge to ensure each client receives the highest quality of care. Meet Nancy

Nancy has always had a passion to help others thrive in their lives through safe and therapeutic touch. Nancy uses clinical assessments, integrated modalities, and a variety of techniques in a goal-oriented, holistic approach to wellness. She is fascinated with human anatomy and physiology, and as part of our team searches for ways to promote and maintain health through massage therapy and self-care. Nancy’s massage therapy sessions take all the ingredients of atmosphere, a listening heart, skills, and communication to create the optimal massage experience.

Nancy enjoys reading, being outdoors and taking long hikes, and playing with plants (especially succulents and orchids). Nancy was raised in Boise and lives here with her husband of more than thirty years. She has a daughter that lives in Portland, Oregon, and a son and his family who live here in Boise.
